STEP 1
In creating Poster number two I decided to try out another software (PhotoImpact) with different effects so my poster would have no relation except the house-style. The house-style I decided to use in my posters with the same title font, pictures and colour scheme (black, blue and white). Firstly I start off by opening up the picture of both frank and charlie together. Then add the effect which I wanted to use (a blue colour adjustment) and cropping them into seperate images. Once I had done so I created a blank black page and used a airbrush tool to clone them to the black background.


STEP 2
I wanted to add the same title to the image that I used in poster one so I opened up the template which I got from 10001fonts.com. However the template colour was very plain ans boring so I decided to change the colour to blue which still look very uninteresting. I then decided to try out effects on the text which I found to work really well. When I was done with editing the text used the magic wand tool to selete only the letters and pasted in the airbushed image.


STEP 3
Next stage I wanted to add other text in which was very striaght forward and simple so I just seleted the text tool and start typing wanted I wanted. When I had done that I changed the positioning, colour of text, size and allignment to how I desired it.


FIRST DRAFT
Above is a screen shot of my first draft which wasn't much different to the second draft below. The difference was that i added an effect to the brightness and contrast to make look more proffessional and effective.


SECOND DRAFT

Billboard

STEP 1

After creating two posters for my group film I started to look at billboards. (Billboard posters are usually landscape and do not have as much information on it as posters do.) For this I used the same software as I used for poster number 2 because I found it to be most useful with arrange of lots of different effect.I also used the same compete house-style s I really like it and believe that it works well. In the first stage of my creation I decided to use more characters which i did by opening up the picture of both frank and charlie together and big pete and the body guard together. Then add the effect which I wanted to use (a blue colour adjustment) and cropped all of them into seperate images. Once I had done so I created a blank black page and used a airbrush tool to clone them to the black background.

I did the same stage which i did in step 2, poster 2 which was to open up the title template. The text which I incorpriated into this billboard was a tagline and production company label because I it to keep it simply with very limited text.

Above is the first draft which i found good but a little bit too light on the text and next more to make look more appropriate for its cause.


SECOND DRAFT
The second draft above I decided to add the character names insteasd of the tagline to make it still be simply but very effective and proffessional.

The photo storyboard which has been upload is unfortnately not correct as changes have been made to our story due with problems with the weather as it could affect our production. For the scene in the alley with the car, we decided to change it back to a hotel scene which was original our first location option. The hotel room will be in an small office that we will create our stage.

The reason why the storyboard could not be changed is that the cast were no longer available to use until production. This is why I have had to leave it the way it is.

Track 3
You get the idea of them walking along kicking the can after the doors slam but what we need to remember that its only going to be 2mins. However we can use a snap bit of it.

Dotwp
Can see this working in the blind bits when they are begging for money but it also sounds good for the start. Sound sort of circus. Possible at the start. Its better than the first one. Links well at the start because of the whole black and white theme.

Shakalaka boom
Retro comical vision of hustle. Can see it working. Be careful because of what we are trying to portray.

Turbo train
This works really well from the opening with titles. Has the right elements for comedy and action. It everyone favourite one.

Yeah yeah yeah
Does not really fit as the others do.

Overall this kind of music is the right theme and sound but at the same time it might be to classical. It really fits in but it might look weird as it only goes with certain parts.

I choose these sound tracks mainly because I believe it matches with my character’s personalities and also the world of our film. The character’s personalities are represented as loud, silly and crazy. Also I have looked at other funny/comedy’s such as chuckle vision and only fools and horses
